PROCEDURES TO OBTAIN A BURIAL PLOT AT PLEASANT HILL CEMETERY:
1. Download and print the application below or request that an application be mailed to you.
2. Fill out application for interment, attach any documentation requested.
3. Contact a Board Trustee for an appointment to meet at the cemetery. (The application and any interment fee are due at scheduled meeting with the Pleasant Hill Cemetery Association representative.)
